Cryptic Man

Cryptic Man is, as his name suggests, cryptic. He's often heard about but no one ever seems to actually see him, to the point that some believe he's just an urban legend...until Penny/Ultra does. He's shrouded in mystery, but can appear and disappear at random, much to Penny's dismay (because he repeatedly shows up inside her apartment, unannounced). He's the one who encourages her to accept and embrace her powers. And he's the one who sends her to see The Scientist. He's described in the script as being unbelievably handsome.
